A light greenish colour with golden highlights and medium viscosity. This exemplary Chardonnay opens with aromas of green apple, pear and quince. The palate is fresh and long-lasting with a pleasant acidity, reminiscent of citrus fruit — especially pomelo — with a beautifully rounded finish and a hint of quince. The aftertaste is soft and lingering.
Pairs wonderfully with grilled chicken, vegetables or fish.
