Geomilex s.r.o., Freyova 247/13, 19000 Prague, Company ID: 05610010, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 267265 (hereinafter “the seller” or “the controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The following personal data are processed:

  • first name, surname

  • e‑mail address

  • telephone number

  • address / registered office

III. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. Sources and Purpose of Processing

The controller processes personal data provided by you or obtained during the fulfilment of your order. The controller processes personal data on the basis of a legal obligation or legitimate interest, the purpose of which is the performance of a contract.

Legal basis for processing:

  • performance of a contract between you and the controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Purpose of processing:

  • processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship; personal data necessary for successful order fulfilment (name, address, contact details) are required. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled.

3. Data Retention Period

I. The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert claims arising from it. II. After the retention period expires, personal data are deleted.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

I. Recipients include:

  • delivery services

  • accounting services (for invoice processing)

  • service providers involved in delivering goods/services or processing payments

  • providers of e‑shop operation and related services

  • marketing service providers

II. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organisations.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • rectification or restriction of processing (Art. 16 and 18 GDPR)

  • erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • withdraw consent in writing or electronically to the controller’s address or e‑mail listed above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights have been violated.

6. Data Security

I. The controller declares that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been adopted to secure personal data. II. Technical measures have been implemented to secure data storage and paper‑based personal data. III. Access to personal data is granted only to authorised persons.

7. Final Provisions

I. By submitting an order via the online form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and accept it in full. II. You agree to these terms by checking the consent box in the online form. III. The controller may amend these terms. The updated version will be published on the website and sent to your e‑mail address.

These terms take effect on 25 May 2018.
