OLYMPUS Halloumi P.D.O. is traditionally produced on the island of Cyprus from sheep’s, goat’s and cow’s milk. This authentic Cypriot cheese is ideal for grilling and pan-frying.

Serve it warm with fresh vegetables, add it to salads or tuck it into a sandwich. For a simple Mediterranean meal, grill slices of halloumi and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
