What we wouldn't put in our own mouths, we don't offer to our customers.

Folklora Market was born from a simple idea: nature knows best. We select only products made in a purely natural way — no artificial additives, no compromises. Every coffee, every drink, every cosmetic product in our store has passed our own test: is it something we would put in our mouths or on our skin?

Europe is diverse — and we love that. We believe every person, regardless of their background, deserves access to products they know from home or have always dreamed of. That's why we import goods that are hard to find elsewhere in the EU — and deliver them straight to you, to a pickup point or address of your choice.

Have a question about a product or delivery? Write to us — we're here for every inquiry.

No, we no longer offer cash on delivery. Unfortunately, many cash-on-delivery parcels were not collected and were returned to us. As we sell food, we could not resell the returned products and had to dispose of them, resulting in significant losses. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. You can pay by card or bank transfer in our store.

We offer several payment options. The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit or debit card. You can also pay by bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

We deliver to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ukraine. We also deliver to the United States. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. You will see the available shipping options and exact costs at checkout.

Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–5 business days. For European countries outside the EU, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

We always aim to find the most affordable shipping options, which is why our EU shipping rates are comparable to domestic shipping costs.

Under European consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food, cosmetics, digital content, custom-made goods, and tobacco products. These items can only be returned if they are defective. For all other goods, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. We do not ship perishable goods.
