A darker ruby-red colour with a brick-toned rim. The aroma evokes blueberry and blackberry jam with hints of leather. Full-bodied with firm yet smooth tannins, very harmonious, with a flavour reminiscent of sloe jam.
It has a medium-long finish and pairs beautifully with roasted lamb with thyme and rosemary, or cured meats.
Glass bottles are shipped exclusively in polystyrene protective packaging. For personal pickup, the protective packaging is not required.
