How to prepare

Thaw before cooking. Grill on a hot barbecue, cast iron grill pan, or open fire until cooked through and nicely charred on the outside. Serve with fresh bread, ajvar, shopska salad, or grilled vegetables.

Storage

Keep frozen at −18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Consume within 24 hours of thawing.
